1. Introduction

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.4 One Account Per Person

Creating multiple accounts for the same person — whether using different personal details, device identifiers, or payment channels — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

mg777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal, mg777 will require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or UMID), a selfie with the submitted ID, and, where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by mg777 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Account Obligations

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to mg777 during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, complete, and current. mg777 is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. You must promptly notify mg777 if any of your registered details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mg777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised transactions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mg777 immediately via the support channel. mg777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

4.3 Personal Use Only

Your mg777 Account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets, access games, make deposits or withdrawals, or otherwise engage with the mg777 platform. Operating an Account on behalf of another person, or operating another person's Account on their behalf, is prohibited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mg777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions on the mg777 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). mg777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier section of the platform prior to submission.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply per method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your mg777 Account.

5.3 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Player's mg777 Balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically settle within 15 minutes to 3 hours during banking hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts typically complete within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 business hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. mg777 reserves the right to impose additional processing time where a transaction is subject to security review.

5.4 Player Funds and Source of Funds

Players may only deposit funds that they legally own and that originate from lawful sources. mg777 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method used must match the name on the verified mg777 Account. mg777 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Funds deposited in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Where a bonus has been credited to a Player's Account, associated Bonus Funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. mg777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending security review, fraud investigation, or where required by regulatory obligations. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, consistent with anti-money laundering best practices.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and real money funds are kept in separate balance pools and real money funds are wagered first.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

mg777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; exploiting errors or malfunctions in game software that create unintended bonus opportunities; and coordinating with other players to achieve a guaranteed profit from promotional funds.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

mg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already accrued to eligible Players. mg777 also reserves the right to determine that any Player is ineligible for a particular promotion at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria have not been met.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on the mg777 platform — including slot titles, video poker, Crash, Bingo, Keno, and Mines — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that game results are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including mg777. 7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, mg777 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. mg777 will not honour payouts resulting from software errors or malfunctions, regardless of whether the Player was aware of the malfunction at the time of play. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error without reporting it to mg777 support may have their winnings voided and their Account suspended.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at mg777 are facilitated by third-party game studio providers and subject to the rules published within each respective game interface. In the event of a disconnect during a live dealer game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the provider's standard disconnection policy. mg777 does not control the outcome of live dealer game rounds and is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection.

8. Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the mg777 sports betting platform are subject to acceptance by mg777. mg777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet amount exceeds applicable limits; the bet is placed on a suspended or closed market; the offered odds were published in error; or where mg777 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, collusion, or other irregular activity affecting the outcome of the relevant event.

8.2 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport concerned. In cases where an official result is unavailable or disputed, mg777 reserves the right to suspend settlement pending confirmation and to settle or void bets in accordance with the rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. Live in-play bet settlements reflect the score or status of the event at the exact time the bet was confirmed by the system.

8.3 Odds and Limits

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted and confirmed by mg777 are the odds at which the bet will be settled. Maximum stake and payout limits vary by sport, competition, and market type and are displayed in the bet slip. mg777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout applicable to any Player's account at any time.

9. Responsible Gaming

mg777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mg777 Players from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mg777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, their winnings voided, and their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts;
• Allowing any other person to use your Account;
• Depositing funds that originate from unlawful or fraudulent sources;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game or sports event outcomes;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, RNG vulnerabilities, or platform malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity constituting money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access mg777's proprietary software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mg777 staff or other players; and
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by mg777 in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mg777 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, website design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of mg777 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mg777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sub-licence, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mg777 content without prior written authorisation from mg777.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mg777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your mg777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mg777 is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profit, data, or anticipated savings; gambling losses incurred through the normal course of play; service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or government actions; or any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mg777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 By mg777

mg777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; mg777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the Player is found to be a Prohibited Player; mg777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority; or continuation of the account would expose mg777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, mg777 may withhold the Player's Balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

13.2 By the Player

A Player may close their mg777 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money Balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity confirmation. If you are closing your Account due to problem gambling, mg777 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool instead to ensure you cannot re-register during a vulnerable period.

14. Privacy & Data

mg777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to mg777's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mg777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies as required for the operation of a licensed gaming platform in the Philippines.

15. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any aspect of the mg777 service, you should contact mg777 customer support via the live chat feature on the platform in the first instance. mg777 aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve substantive disputes within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information from the Player. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the escalation procedure described in the support section of the platform. All disputes are to be resolved in accordance with Philippine law and under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless a valid arbitration agreement applies.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mg777's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

17. Amendments

mg777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter Player rights or obligations in a significant way — mg777 will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying affected Players via their registered email address or platform notification. Your continued use of the mg777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
